Wimco builds Motel 6 hotel first, next is a 24 hour restaurant, next is an apartment building.

Wimco Apartments ltd will start building in 2010 or 2011. All apartment have underground parking. The apartments will be very suitable for the residents from Lamont and surrounding area who want to down size. Wimco Apartments takes care of Landscaping, snow removal and maintenance. When the economy is stable Wimco Apartments will build the first apartment. This will be a 51 unit Apartment with a car wash. Wimco Apartments would like to create other amenities such swimming pool, gym, but this will take some years to have the finance in place and the capacity to build. First is planned to build a new Motel 6 Hotel with 78 rooms. As an extension of the hotel, Wimco will build apartment buildings in phases. An 24 hour restaurant with lounge will build on walking distance of the apartment complex as a amenity.
